What information do we have or collect?

When using the coinXchange platform, we collect the following personal information from you. We need this information in order to properly to perform the service. Without this information, we may not be able to provide you with all the services you want.

Exchange/Transaction Information

In order to perform exchanges, we ask you to provide certain payment information (such as your wallet ID of the destination Wallet). Additionally, we may store some information about the transactions that you make too the platform. If you wish to obtain a status mail, we will therefore need to process your email address.

Information that you provide to us

You may provide us with additional personal information in order to obtain a better user experience when using the coinXchange. This additional data will be processed on the basis of our legitimate interest or, if applicable, with your consent.

Information required to use the Payment Services.

For example, if we block a coinXchange account for security or fraud, we may retain certain information from that coinXchange account to prevent that member from opening a new account in the future. Information shared with others (via referral program) may continue to be visible to those that invited you, even when your account is terminated Because we maintain the coinXchange Platform for protection against accidental or malicious loss and destruction, no copies of your personal information may be removed from our backup systems for a limited period of time.

coinXchange reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time in accordance with this Policy. If we make changes to the privacy policy, we will post the amended privacy policy on the platform and update the "last update" date at the beginning of the privacy policy. In the case of any major changes or additions, we will notify you of the changes at least thirty days before the effective date. If you disagree with the amended Privacy Policy, you may terminate your coinXchange account without notice and free of charge. If you do not terminate your coinXchange account prior to the date on which the amended Privacy Policy enters into force, your continued access to or use of the coinXchange Platform will be subject to the revised Privacy Policy.
